Our Team
Dr Ertan Redzepagic, Dentist
Ertan Redzepagic has years of experience in dentistry graduating in Yugoslavia in 1984. He began his career in the General Hospital before opening up his own practice
in 1987 which continued to grow until he immigrated to
NZ in 1999.
Ertan enjoys all aspects of General dentistry and minor
oral surgery with focus on cosmetic, amalgam free dentistry, full mouth reconstructions using most
advanced, bio-compatible dental materials available today. Everyday he enhances his knowledge in all sections of full mouth reconstruction by following dental courses, online courses, reading the latest dental books, magazines and exchanging experiences with other dentists.
Jackie Slater, Practice Manager
Jackie joined Lumino The Dentists New Lynn in 2003 as
a temporary receptionist and seven years later she is the Practice Manager of the branch. Jackie’s responsibilities include taking care of patients' needs as they first walk in the door and assuring that they have a relaxing
experience. She also enjoys the great rapport that she
has with them.
It is important to Jackie that their practice is fun and enjoyable place to work as this flows through to their patients and makes them feel at ease which is very important. Jackie thoroughly enjoys her role and working with her exceptional team.
Dr Mei Wang, Dentist
Dr Mei Wang is the latest addition to our New Lynn
practice as they continue providing excellence in preventative dentistry. Mei graduated from The University
of Otago is highly skilled, gentle, and speaks
Cantonese and Mandarin.
Nisha Patel, Dental Hygienist
Nisha Patel was born and bred in East Africa Kenya but
has been in New Zealand for over 20 years now. She graduated as a dentist from Indian Osmania University
and is a qualified dental hygienist from Auckland University of Technology. She has been in the dental industry since 1994 and her passion is giving exceptional standard of dental care to all her patients.
She has a special dental interest in children and
adolescent oral care and understands very well the need
to educate younger people regarding their oral health. Constantly looking to improve her skills, she keeps up to date with the latest techniques and dental materials used in paediatric dentistry and hygiene.
Karen Williams, Clinical Technician
Karen is a highly experienced Clinical Technician with over
35 years experience including 4 years working in Germany. She has been a part of the Lumino The Dentist New Lynn practice since it opened over 20 years ago and also the Henderson team since it opened over 12 years ago.
Karen provides a complete denture service including full dentures, plastic partials , metal partials and immediate dentures. Her close working relationship with the dentists ensures that the patient has a continuity of care under one roof.
