Dr Holly Christmas is a general dentist with a special interest in conservative and cosmetic dentistry including implants, dental bonding, root canal treatment and Invisalign. She has been fully accredited with Invisalign since 2018 and has completed a post graduate diploma in Digital Orthodontics (PGDip Dig. Ortho. (UK)). She is proud to have been a member of the Lumino Clinical Advisory Board from 2018 to 2023.

Holly graduated from the University of Otago in 2003, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with credit. She then went on to complete two years as an oral and maxillofacial house surgeon at Christchurch Hospital.
Following three years in Scotland working at the Glasgow Dental School and in private practice, Holly returned to New Zealand in 2008 to work at Frankton Dental.
Holly went from associate to owner, and in 2018 entered into a joint venture with Lumino The Dentists, something she is very excited about. Her team is what makes her most proud. She loves working in a collaborative environment, incorporating new technology and providing quality care that patients can get excited about.
In her spare time Holly enjoys biking, skiing, motorbiking and jet boating with her family.
Dr Garnett Ramsbottom
Dr. Garnett Ramsbottom earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Medical University of South Carolina (USA) in 2006. He has 15+ years of experience in private practice. For the last 8 years, Garnett has owned and operated his own dental practice in Western North Carolina, USA.
Garnett has done extensive post-doctorate learning with SPEAR education in Scottsdale, Arizona with a focus on restorative and esthetic dentistry. After living in Wellington, NZ for over 3 years and then returning to the states to build and run his dental surgery, he and his wife Kathy have decided to return to New Zealand on a permanent basis and have settled on Queenstown as their home.
Dr Ross Buchanan
Ross joins the team after working as the referring Oral Surgery Practitioner for Southern Lakes District for 25 years.
His dental interests include oral surgery, IV sedation, implantology but he also enjoys all other aspects of dentistry.
Outside of work Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Polly and two daughters Gabby and Kelby.
His personal interests include sailing, mountain biking, running, skiing, tramping and musical theatre.
Dr Jessica McLeay
Jessica graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2018. Jessica worked in a private dental practice in Napier for 3 years before relocating to Queenstown on a permanent basis in 2022.
Jessica enjoys providing quality dental care with a focus on prevention. She strives to ensure even the most anxious of patients have a positive experience.
In her spare time Jessica enjoys hiking, biking and skiing.
