Our Team

Nick Tramoundanas, Lead Dentist

Dr Nick Tramoundanas established the Miramar Dental Health Centre in 1979 and has enjoyed his association with the people of Miramar for 30 years.

Nick graduated from the University of Otago with a biochemistry degree in 1975, then as a Dental Surgeon
in 1979. Nick has been president, treasurer, complaints officer and a committee member of the Wellington branch of the NZDA since 1992. He is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Otago.

Nick's interests are in all-ceramic restorative dentistry, especially with respect to CAD/CAM systems (Cerec), and implant dentistry with the use of computer systems to place immediate restorations. He is involved with Cerec groups worldwide, and is also a Certified Cerec Trainer. Nick has a great sense of humour, and he enjoys keeping up to date with the latest dental techniques and technology.

 

Angela Gane, Practice Manager

Angela has been with Miramar Dental Health Centre since January 2007. She holds a certificate in dental assisting and is now enjoying her role as practice manager.

Having two years dental assisting experience gives Angela a good understanding of patient needs and dental processes. Customer service is Angela’s highest priority.

 

 

Dr Sunjna Harduth, Dentist

Dr Sunjna Harduth is a highly qualified & skilled dentist who more recently joined the team at Lumino The Dentists Miramar. Sunjna graduated from the highly regarded Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa. She thoroughly enjoys the interactions she has with he patients and helping them achieve the smile they deserve.

Sunjna has a special dental interest in Cerec and is always learning more about the treatment while working alongside Lead Dentist Nick Tramoundanas. Outside of the dental practice Sunjna enjoys spending time with family, travelling
and painting.

 

Terri Boe, Dental Hygienist

Terri Boe is a experienced and gentle hygienist who has been
a valuable addition to the Lumino The Dentists Miramar team. Terri graduated from the United States Air Force in
1997 and has gone on to work in many practices both
overseas and in Wellington.

She enjoys educating her patients on good oral health care habits and passionate about guiding them so they have a healthy smile. Terri has a special interest in periodontal disease and it's treatments.

Dr Julie Stent, Dentist

Julie is Lumino The Dentists Miramar's newest addition, starting with Lumino at end of October, 2011. Julie graduated from Otago University in 1991 and she has made sure to continue her professional development since.

Julie enjoys being able to forge great, long-lasting relationships with both patients and fellow staff members alike. She is particularly interested in crown and bridge work, smile design and providing comprehensive patient care, guiding patients towards health.

When she’s not in the dental practice, Julie likes to spend time running, reading, baking, watching movies and drinking wine!

 

Erin Greene, Dental Hygienist & Therapist

Erin has joined Lumino after completing her diploma in dental hygiene and therapy with Auckland University of Technology in 2011. She has worked within the dental industry for the past 10 years, working as an orthodontic auxiliary in both Tauranga and Auckland prior to her current role.

Erin enjoys working with people in a team environment and is passionate about oral health. Outside of work she enjoys water polo, netball and socialising.

Erin also works at Lumino The Dentists Absolute Dental in Lower Hutt.
