Peter is an experienced dentist, graduating with a BDS from University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 1973 and gaining NZ recognised qualifications from the NZDRex in 1994. He enjoys interacting with patients and staff and general conservative dentistry.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys single track cycling and ballroom dancing.
Dr Stephen Poff graduated from the University of Otago in 1991.
He is originally from Invercargill and has returned home after many years working overseas in the United Kingdom, Wellington and Dunedin.
He has been with Lumino in Invercargill since 2016 and enjoys all facets of dentistry.
Samara Casey is a born and bred Southlander. She has worked in the dental industry for 15 years before deciding to complete an Oral Health degree at the University of Otago in 2012. Her degree has provided her with skills to work as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist.
After completing her degree in Otago, Samara moved back to Invercargill and worked in both private and public dentistry for 5 years. She then moved to Christchurch to work for an orthodontist.
In May 2018, she had her daughter and decided to move back to Invercargill, where she now has a new role as a mum, and as a clinician at Lumino Beale & Radka.
Elizabeth was born in Singapore and moved to New Zealand, graduating with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. Her friendly and approachable manner helps patients feel at ease in the dental chair. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and loves meeting new patients and their families, and helping them achieve better dental health.
Elizabeth has particular interests in oral surgery, relief of pain, fixed prosthodontics, and general restorative dentistry. She constantly seeks to learn from the best in the industry, undertaking a wide range of courses to improve her skills.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys cooking all sorts of delicious food, and loves to go camping in many of New Zealand’s hidden gems.
