What's New with the Lumino Dental Plan

We’ve been busy creating a new system that aims to enhance your experience with the Lumino Dental Plan. The new system will be purpose built and will provide you with the tools to manage your Dental Plan appointments and payments easily online. It’ll be available at your practice from October/November this year.

If you pay quarterly or via a bank account, or if you joined the Plan under a family membership, please read the information below about some changes that we’re making as a result of introducing the new system. One of our team members will also be in touch to discuss the changes to your Dental Plan membership.

Quarterly payers
If you’re paying for your membership through quarterly payments, we’ll contact you to discuss switching to a monthly or annual payment schedule since we’ll no longer be able to accept payments through quarterly instalments.

Bank account payers
If you’re paying for your membership through a bank account, we’ll be in contact to discuss switching you to a credit or debit card because we’ll no longer be able to accept payments directly from bank accounts.

Family members
If you joined the Dental Plan under a family membership, a member of our team will be in touch with you to ask if we can update your profile with an individual email address. This would enable us to contact you directly about your membership treatments and renewal. It would also mean that you’ll have access to the new Dental Plan dashboard where you can manage your Plan and book your next visit.

If any of these changes apply to you, we’ll give you a call to discuss the possibility of switching you to a different membership type. This can be done easily over the phone and you won’t need to take further action.
