WHAT IS THE PATIENT PORTAL?
The Patient Portal is the login area we’ve custom-built, for you to have your very own access to your Lumino Dental Plan online. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to see at a glance what treatments you have redeemed and what you have left. You’ll also be able to book your appointments within the Patient Portal, and easily track and update your payment details.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS OR PERSONAL DETAILS?
You can do this by updating the details  in your Patient Portal, or by calling practice directly.

Find your participating Lumino Dental Plan practice.

Log in to your Patient Portal.

HOW DO I RENEW MY PLAN?
Because the Plan is a subscription service, if you want to continue to be a Lumino Dental Plan member, you don’t need to do anything at all! We’ll email you a reminder 15 days before your annual plan term.

Unless you give us notice of cancellation of the Plan within those 15 days, your Plan will automatically renew for another 12 months. You’ll receive another email from us to confirm this.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAN?
If for some reason you didn’t want to renew your plan, at the point of annual renewal you’ll have 15 days  to give notice of cancellation. Really though, we get so few cancellations, because our Lumino Dental Plan members are loving their smiles because they’re on top of their oral health! So, if you’ve got a question or concern, and you’re not sure whether you should renew your plan, please call your practice and discuss your options with them. We’d hate to see you lose the gains in oral health that you’ve made over the year!
 
CAN I TRANSFER MY PLAN TO ANOTHER LUMINO PRACTICE?
Currently, it’s not a straightforward process, but we can work with you to find the way forward if you’re moving nearer to another Lumino practice. Once you know where you’re moving to and which Lumino practice it is, simply email the support office team and we’ll guide you through the process.
