  • Appointments are limited and you must book your $69 Exam & X-Rays Check-Up appointment at a participating practice between Monday 15th January 2024 and Tuesday 30 April 2024
  • The offer includes bitewing x-rays only. Panoramic x-rays are not included and if required will be an additional cost
  • Your appointment must be completed by Friday 31 May 2024
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other pricing offer. Finance offers will be considered on and individual basis
