Dr Sonia Sarangal, completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2013 from India and Passed her Australian Dental Council Licensing Examinations in 2022.

She is an expert dentist with a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, restoration, Extraction, teeth whitening, Crowns, Dental bridges, and Dentures.

She is passionate about dentistry and strongly believes in connecting with patients and giving the most compassionate care possible to help support their safety and well-being.

Her approach is to make accurate diagnoses and then discuss treatment plans step by step to provide the best possible care. 

She is quite determined to encourage and support patients in their oral hygiene.

Outside of work, Sonia likes to do yoga, meditation, read books, travel to different countries, and spend time with family and nature.

Rupa graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Bombay, India and passed New Zealand Dentist Registration Examination in 2008.

Rupa has extensive experience in General Dentistry and worked in a variety of roles in public hospitals and private practices. Rupa has a special interest in root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

With a focus on patient education and preventative care, Rupa strives to help each of her patients achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful, confident smile. She enjoys building long-term relationships and trust with her patients.

Rupa takes pride in making a positive difference in patient's lives by helping them to improve their oral health. She enjoys the challenge of staying up to date with the latest advancements and techniques.

Outside dentistry, Rupa enjoys reading books, yoga and cooking a variety of dishes and enjoying them with family and friends.

Rupa is a regular participant of Round the Bays, Auckland for the last many years.

Amandeep works over two Lumino practices in East Auckland and has a long standing loyal patient base. Amandeep graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Oral Health in 2021 (Overseas Graduated Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2011).

Amandeep has a special interest in cosmetics dentistry and teeth whitening treatments.

Amandeep is strongly committed to delivering oral health care to a high standard with compassion. She aims to provide a pleasant and positive experience for every individual through an emphatic approach.

She continues her professional development and stays updated by regularly attending courses and is a member of the NZ Dental & Oral Health Therapists Association.

When she is not at work, she also loves spending time with her family and enjoys hiking and outdoor adventures.

Dr Lis Joseph holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from India and is registered with both the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ).

After graduating, Lis practised dentistry in India before relocating to New Zealand, where she spent five years working as a Clinical Services Staff member at the University of Otago's Faculty of Dentistry. Working closely with final-year dental students and experienced clinicians further strengthened her clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Lis is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient's unique concerns, and provide personalised care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Lis enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, dentures, and tooth extractions. She is dedicated to helping patients maintain healthy smiles while ensuring every visit is as comfortable and positive as possible.

One of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for Lis is building lasting relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys supporting patients through their oral health journey and making a positive difference to their overall wellbeing.

Outside of the practice, Lis enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, watching movies, exploring new places, and embracing outdoor adventures.
