Dr Teresa Brinkley
Teresa graduated from the University of Otago with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care. After working in both the UK and Auckland the family relocated to Northland. Over the course of Teresa’s career, she developed a special interest in orthodontics - particularly Invisalign - helping patients achieve confident, natural-looking smiles through modern treatment options.
Being a member of MZIMID (New Zealand Institute of Minimally Invasive Dentistry), Teresa is committed to preserving natural tooth structure and promoting long-term oral health through minimally invasive techniques.

One of Teresas’ favourite parts of dentistry is giving people back the gift of a smile – seeing the transformation in both confidence and wellbeing is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, life has entered a new and exciting chapter now that her children have left home. She enjoys more time with her dogs and has recently taken up sailing with her husband, sharing in the adventure of learning something new together.
Justine Paine
Justine qualified as a Dental Hygienist at The Eastman Dental Institute, London and worked across London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire before going on to complete a further qualification in Dental Therapy at the University of Bristol, a profession known as Oral Health Therapy in New Zealand. Justine excelled in both disciplines and was awarded prizes at both dental schools.
With more than four decades of experience in dentistry, she has developed a particular passion for the prevention and management of periodontal disease and is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

She particularly enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients and supporting them in the treatment and prevention of gum disease, aiding them in understanding their oral health and helping them feel confident.
Outside of her clinical work, Justine enjoys keeping active, cooking and pursuing a range of creative interests.
Sarah Crabtree
Sarah's main goal as Practice Manager is to continue to help people have a positive experience around visiting the dentist. She loves meeting and building relationships with a variety of people within our community.
Outside of the practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys going to the theatre.
A fun fact about Sarah is that as a teenager, she used to dress up and do local Christmas parades!
Jane Gregan
Jane loves helping people regain confidence when they can smile again and also helping people get out of pain.
Outside of work Jane enjoys cooking, gardening, pickleball and paddleboarding. A fun fact about Jane is that she is a twin.
Olivia Urquhart
Olivia wants to ensure every patient feels comfortable, reduce anxiety and make dental visits a positive experience. She loves meeting new people and doing different things every day.
Outside of work, Olivia loves to bake and play Sudoku.
A fun fact about Olivia is that she is scared of praying mantises.
Alice Te Rangi
Alice's goal is to provide exceptional service to patients so that visiting the dentist is and can continue to be an enjoyable, positive experience.
Alice's favourite part of her job is the people! She loves interacting with our amazing patients and getting to know them and their stories.
Outside of work, Alice loves going to the beach and enjoying the great outdoors of Northland - nothing better than a great view with great company.
A fun fact about Alice is that she was once a competitive gymnast and represented and placed at Nationals five times!
