Lotti Kurusa graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Otago and is a qualified Oral Health Therapist passionate about helping patients improve their oral health and overall wellbeing.
Born and raised in Hungary, Lotti moved overseas at the age of 12 and is fluent in both Hungarian and English. After gaining exposure to the dental industry straight after high school, she quickly fell in love with dentistry and decided to pursue a career in oral health. Since then, she has developed a strong passion for patient care, prevention, and education.
Lotti has a special interest in periodontal disease and enjoys helping patients make positive changes to improve their oral health. She is also passionate about adolescent care and believes that positive dental experiences at a young age can shape a person's attitude towards dentistry for life.
Outside of work, you'll often find Lotti at a Bikram yoga class, embracing the warmth and escaping the cold. She also enjoys contemporary dance, staying active at the gym, and spending weekends with family, often starting the day with a coffee and a walk along the beach.

Dr Kiana graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of
Queensland in 2022. Since graduating, she has practised in private dental clinics throughout New
Zealand, where she has developed experience across all aspects of general dentistry while building
strong, lasting relationships with her patients.
From a young age, Kiana knew she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. Dentistry was the
perfect combination of science, problem-solving, precision, and working with her hands. She enjoys
the variety that general dentistry offers and finds it rewarding to help patients improve both their oral
health and confidence.
Throughout her career, Kiana has gained experience in a wide range of treatments, including
fillings, crowns, root canal treatment, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, and preventative care. She
has a particular interest in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery, and is passionate
about continually expanding her knowledge through professional development. In the future, she
hopes to specialise in Periodontics.
Kiana is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care and understands that visiting
the dentist can be an anxious experience for many people. She strives to create a calm, welcoming
environment where patients feel listened to, respected, and comfortable throughout their treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Kiana enjoys travelling, reading, trying new cafés and restaurants, and
spending time with family and friends. Having lived in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, she
enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about new cultures. She also loves
spending time with her Chihuahua whenever she has the opportunity.
