In August this year Lumino attended the Auckland Graduate Fair, interviewing soon-to-be graduates and graduates eager to enter the workforce.
Eight Lumino representatives interviewed over 50 candidates in a speed-dating style of an interview of 10-15 time slots.
The event was followed by informal drinks with Lumino The Dentists CEO Andy Tapper, one of Lumino’s Lead Dentists Tony Dey and Recruitment Manager Teressa Sullivan.
“We enjoyed taking part again this year and having such a big presence at the Graduate Fair means we can meet the vast majority of new Dentists coming into the industry in New Zealand,” says Sullivan.
“We take a long term view to talent, it’s all about relationships – so getting to know people right at the start of their careers is important.”
The event capped off Lumino’s previous visit to the University of Otago in July where Lumino representatives talked to students and recent graduates about life after graduation and working at Lumino.
