Scott enjoys the combination of working as a health professional in Whakatane, as the small town lifestyle allows him to transition from work to recreation without too much fuss. He loves being on the coast, but also close to the major North Island National parks, provides plenty of time to fish, hunt and spend time in the outdoors.
Dr Chandanpreet Kaur
Chandan graduated from Baba Farid University of health sciences, India in 2002.
After working there for a couple of years she moved to the United Kingdom to do MSc in Oral Pathology.
She completed statutory exams in 2008 and has 10 years’ experience working as a general dental practitioner at NHS mixed practices in the UK and has recently moved to New Zealand to start a new life.
In her spare time Chandan enjoys spending time with her 5 year old daughter, exploring new places and cooking.

Justin is a visiting orthodontist from Bay Orthodontics in Tauranga. Inspired by his own experience of Orthodontic treatment as a teenager, Justin is passionate about helping both kids and adults achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Originally from Ireland, he completed his dental training at University College Cork. He graduated with an honours degree receiving awards from both Irish and UK dental societies for his academic and clinical work.

Originally from Ireland, he completed his dental training at University College Cork. He graduated with an honours degree receiving awards from both Irish and UK dental societies for his academic and clinical work.
While working as a general dentist in the UK, Justin completed a 3 year Masters degree in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry at Kings College London. Following this, he earned a place on the Orthodontic specialist training pathway and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Sciences degree in Orthodontics from the University of Liverpool.
Justin has successfully completed Orthodontic specialist examinations at both the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. He was awarded the William Houston Gold Medal for achieving the highest mark amongst Orthodontists sitting the Royal College examinations across the UK, Australia and UAE. He also received an award from the British Orthodontic Society for the standard of his orthodontic clinical work.
In 2018, Justin made the move to New Zealand and is proud to call Tauranga his home. He is married to a Kiwi, Kimberley, and they have two young daughters. When he's not straightening teeth, your likely to see Justin out running or spending time with his young family.

Joanne Fogerty
Jo graduated from Auckland School of Dental Nursing under the Department of Health 1978.
Jo has worked as a school dental nurse/therapist for 35 years and enjoys providing oral health care for children and adolescents 2 – 18 years of age.
When not at work Jo enjoys many hobbies along with gardening and helping her sister on a lifestyle block.
Marelize Venter
Marelize or better known by her nickname Miza graduated from the university or Pretoria in South Africa as a dental Hygienist in 1996. She has worked in orthodontic, prosthodontic, periodontic and general dental practices gaining a very good understanding of these disciplines.
She, her husband, Andre and their teenage sons moved from the small town of Robertson in the Western Cape, S.A to New Zealand recently. In her spare time, she loves to cook and take nature walks with her family.
