Meet Our Team

A graduate of the University of Otago in 1987, Phil began his career as a house surgeon at Christchurch Hospital. Over the next 15 years, he gained international experience, working in a variety of hospitals and private practices, including royal clinics in Saudi Arabia, hospitals in Australia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as private practices in London and Singapore. Upon returning home to New Zealand, he owned a successful general practice in Takapuna for 15 years.

Phil has a strong focus on holistic, cosmetic and general dentistry, and has established long-standing collaborations with specialists to provide comprehensive and complex care.

Outside of dentistry, Phil is a passionate car enthusiast and contributes car reviews to the NZ Dental Association magazine, as well as enjoying travel.

Elyzia graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Otago in 2018 and has since gained extensive experience across all three scopes of practice - dental hygiene, dental therapy, and orthodontic auxiliary. She began her career with the Auckland District Health Board, working within her dental therapy scope for a year before moving into private practice, where she expanded her skills in both hygiene and therapy. 

Over the years, Elyzia has worked in multidisciplinary settings, collaborating closely with general dentists, paediatric specialists, and orthodontists, which has strengthened her clinical and communication skills. Born and raised in Auckland, Elyzia spent several years in Sydney during high school before returning to New Zealand to pursue her dental degree. Inspired by her older sister’s career in oral health, Elyzia developed a passion for dentistry that focuses on education and prevention. She has a particular interest in periodontal treatment and preventive care, and she values building strong rapport with patients of all ages to create a comfortable, positive dental experience.

Outside of work, Elyzia loves travelling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also passionate about fitness, especially aerial arts and contortion, which keeps her active and balanced.

Anna is an accomplished dental professional with a rich international background. Originally from the Philippines, she holds a New Zealand Postgraduate degree in Health Management, completing her extensive experience in the field.

With over 15 years of Practice Management expertise across the United States and New Zealand, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to our practice. Her approached is characterized by compassion and positivity, with a special focus on geriatric and pediatric patients.

Anna’s unwavering commitment to patient care is evident in her ability to consistently exceed expectations, providing exceptional support and assistance. She emphasizes empathy, and kindness in her work, ensuring an outstanding dental experience for all patients.

Beyond her professional achievements, Anna is an active community member. She serves as the Area Coordinator for the Pink Ribbon Street Appeal in Parnell, demonstrating her dedication to giving back. In her personal time, Anna enjoys quality moments with her husband, indulging in literature, music, and culinary exploration.

With her unique blend of international experience, academic qualifications, and a genuine care for patients and community, Anna is an invaluable asset to our dental practice.
