Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. He is constantly updating his work through continued learning to ensure he is practicing the most up to date and current dentistry. He is passionate about comprehensive dental care and appreciates the link between his patients’ oral and general health.

Ben is interested in all aspects of general dentistry from oral surgery right through to cosmetic treatment. He is conscious of barriers to dental care such as dental anxiety and combats this in the surgery through empathetic practice and gentle treatment. Empowering his patients and involving them in treatment decisions, his goal is to have patients return for regular check-ups so disease can be caught early and treated minimally.

Ben understands the importance of a balanced life and spends time outside his surgery enjoying mountain biking through the hot summers, and skiing in the winters. He loves cooking and is always trying out new dishes.
