We’ve made the difficult decision to close our Lumino Five Cross Roads practice and merge with Lumino Chartwell, located at Suite 5, Professional Suites in Chartwell. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support and loyalty over the years.
As part of Lumino The Dentists, we still have plenty of options to continue taking care of your smile. We’ve safely moved your patient files to our Chartwell practice, and the team there are happy to continue taking care of your oral health.
Alternatively, you can also seek treatment at our other practices, Medford House, Rototuna, Garden Place and Dinsdale. You can book an appointment at any of these practices, and you can request to have your patient records transferred there too.

All of our practices accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Most of our practices also accept American Express and Diners Club. Simply confirm when you book an appointment if you would like to pay using either American Express or Diners Club.
If you have a credit card not listed here, please discuss this with the practice receptionist who will be happy to request payment authorisation with the applicable bank.
You are welcome to settle your account using cash and or EFTPOS.
