Looking after your teeth and gums is more than just brushing your teeth twice it day. Good oral heath care involves a number of factors, these include:
Brushing your teeth and gums, twice a day

Flossing everyday
Flossing is so important. So many people don't bother to floss their teeth but as important it is to brush, it's also important to floss daily. Flossing helps to remove bacteria from between your teeth, where your toothbrush can't reach.
Regular visits to your dentist and hygienist
You should see your dentist and hygienist regularly for optimum oral health. We recommend visiting your dentist at least once a year for an annual Exam & X-Rays Check Up and your hygienist every six months for a professional clean. Your dentist will be able to check for any health issues and recommend treatment if required.
Limit consumption of sugar
Too much sugar can lead to cavities. Try to keep sugary foods to a minimum and increase your intake of vegetables.
Drink lots of water
Drinking water is not just good for your oral health, it's also good for your overall health. Try swapping some of your other drink choices for water.
