Terms & Conditions
DHB Relief of Pain Service is only offered by contracted dentists. These fees only apply to NZ residents. Non-NZ residents will be charged the full cost of treatment. Please check with your local DHB for more detail.
The cost of the Relief of Pain Service needs to be paid on the day of treatment. Some treatments might have an extra charge. For instance, a surgical extraction under local or general anaesthetic (GA). Your Dentist will advise you of any additional charges if applicable.
Community Services Card discount does not cover the full cost of emergency dental treatment. It will provide a discount on the price of emergency treatment, however.
