Dentist

Dr Rachel Lythcott

Rachel graduated from King's College London in 2012. Areas of dentistry she particularly enjoys are treating children and oral surgery. She spent a year working in a busy oral and maxillofacial surgery department, gaining a lot of oral surgery and oral medicine experience. 
 
Outside of work she enjoys dancing, and has learnt a range of styles, from Ballet and Tap to Swing dance.

Dentist

Dr Litty Scariya

Dr Litty Scariya grew up in a small town on the foothills of the beautiful Sahyadri Mountains on the western coast of India.

She completed her 5 year Dental Surgery degree in 2012 and then went on to complete a 3 year Master’s degree in Periodontics. 

While at University, Litty carried out a successful clinical trial investigating the effect of probiotic bacteria on the symptoms of periodontal diseases.

Her research work has been published and cited numerous times.  She is registered in New Zealand as a general dentist but continues to devote a large amount of her time advancing her periodontal skills.

Outside of work, she is a keen gardener and Mum to a little boy. 
 

Hygienist

Annie Sirikhanchai

Annie graduated from University of Otago with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2015. She has a firm belief that study never stops for health professionals and continues to keep up with new dental research and regularly attends Continuing Professional Development conferences.  Annie is very passionate about increasing awareness around the link between oral health and general health for her patients. 

Outside of the practice, Annie loves to keep fit, and make the most of what Wellington has to offer with its wide variety of great cuisine.

Oral Health Therapist

Kamaljit Kaur

Kamal graduated from University of Otago with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2015.

Kamal is an extremely passionate Dental Hygienist, she enjoys encouraging patients and guiding them through their oral heath journey in a step-by-step manner, including ways to care and look after their dental prosthesis - Prevention is key.

Outside of work Kamal enjoys spending time with family and friends and adventuring to wellington restaurants.

Receptionist

Caroline Pereira

Caroline has been part of the Lumino for the last 3 years, formally known as Robert Ngan where she worked for the past 7 years before. Caroline has been in the dental industry for most of her working life.

Caroline enjoys interacting with patients and enjoys building relationships with everyone who visits the practice.

In her spare time Caroline enjoys quality time with her family, walking and sitting watching her children play sports.
