Booking Online

Do you need an appointment, but can't call right now? Online booking is so fast and convenient.

Maybe you need to see a dentist in a hurry. Online booking is a fantastic, easy option to book your appointment. Almost all of our practices nationwide now have live online booking. That means when you book online, you will be able to choose the clinician, the day and the time - and get immediate confirmation of your booking.

And for the small number of our practices that don't have live online booking, you can still submit an appointment request online. The practice will then be in touch to confirm your appointment day and time, when it suits you.

 

How to book online

It's easy to book an appointment online. Almost all Lumino practices now have live online booking. When you book online you get instant appointment confirmation. You can choose an appointment on a day and at a time that suits you. You will get a confirmation email or text straight after completing your booking.

For Lumino practices that don't have live online booking, you can Request An Appointment by filling out the brief form with your details and your preferred day and time. Once we've received your request, the practice will be in touch with you to book you in.

Here's how to book online, and get instant appointment confirmation. It takes just a few minutes.

  • Select Find A Practice and enter your location
  • Select the Lumino practice nearest to you
  • On the practice page, click on the BOOK ONLINE NOW button
  • You can then book your appointment with your preferred clinician, select the reason for your appointment, and choose your preferred day and time
  • You will then receive instant confirmation of your booking

When you book online, you will be able to choose a clinician yourself. Each of our clinicians have a profile on the practice page on our website, so you can read about them and find out more before you book. They all have their own areas of special interest, so you will be able to find one who suits your needs.

Appointments are regularly released for online booking by practices. They will then show up as an available appointment that you will be able to book online. Very occasionally, if it's been very busy, we may have received a lot of online bookings in a short amount of time. If this happens and you can't find a day and time that suits you, simply call the practice directly, or try our call centre on 0508 586 466. We'll get your sorted in no time.

No you don't. When you book an appointment online, it's the same as booking it through your practice. You only pay for it at the end of your treatment. 

With online booking, you first need to select if you are a new patient to Lumino, or an existing patient. Once you've done that you can select your appointment reason. If you can't find the exact appointment reason, simply choose the one that sounds closest and book for that reason. If you're worried, you can call the practice direct to confirm. If something seems not quite right with your booking, the practice would also get in touch with you to confirm what the appointment was for.

Unfortunately, no. Because prices can vary depending on your individual situation and the dental issue you are having, most indications of cost can only be given once you've had your first consultation appointment with a dentist. Some treatments may have a fixed price, such as an exam and x-rays check-up, or teeth whitening. If you would like to know the price first, call your preferred practice directly, or try our call centre on 0508 586 466.

Yes, we will. As it gets closer to your appointment we may send an email or SMS text reminder to you, depending on how close it is to your appointment. If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment, you can often reply to an SMS text message and we will be in touch to reschedule your appointment.
