Lumino with ZM promotion prize draw (the “Draw”) commences at 3.00pm NZT on Monday, 27 September 2021 and closes at 7.00pm NZT on Friday, 1 October 2021 (the “Competition Period”).
The Draw is promoted by Lumino Dental Limited NZBN: 9429037883799 (“Lumino”), PO Box 106 514, Auckland 1143, New Zealand.
To enter the Draw, Entrants must Register their details at ZM online or enter by following the instructions on ZM’s Social Media pages.
To enter the Draw, Entrants must send in what makes them smile to be in to win a #LoveYourSmile Lumino Dental Package to the value of $1,500. The competition will run live on air, online and on ZM’s social platforms. Entries must be received on or before the end of the Competition Period or they will be deemed to be invalid. Patients must also provide their contact details as set out in the online entry form to enter the Draw. More details on how to enter are hosted by ZM and can be found at zmonline.com/win. The competition will run live on air, online and on ZM’s social platforms.
Competition entrants must be 18 years or older.
Multiple entries per day are not permitted: each Entrant may only make one (1) entry per day into the Draw.
Employees of Lumino or Abano Healthcare Group Limited are not eligible to participate.
There are two prizes to be drawn. The prize draw winners will receive a #LoveYourSmile, Lumino Dental Package including an Oral-B Smart 7000 Electric Toothbrush, 1x Exam & X-Rays Check-Up, 1x Hygiene Treatment, 1x Philips Zoom! In Chair Teeth Whitening Package valued at $1,500 total (the “Prize”).
The valid entry drawn will win one Prize. The prize draw will take place on Friday, 1 October 2021 between 3.00pm and 7.00pm NZT via a random draw generator.
Lumino will make all reasonable efforts to notify the Prize winner via the contact details provided by ZM. Prize winner will be drawn within fourteen working days from when the Prize is drawn and informed on how to claim their prize. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted within this time frame, a winner will be redrawn. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details when completing the entry form.
Lumino’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Lumino reserves the right to swap the prize for another of equal value if there are stock issues.
Lumino reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants consent and waive all rights (including copyright and moral rights), to Lumino using the entrant’s first name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Draw (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Lumino.
Lumino may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Competition Period.
Any personal information collected about individuals as part of this Draw will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and in accordance with which can be viewed at: Lumino's Privacy Policy.
Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, including any liability of Lumino to a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Lumino shall not otherwise be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Survey and/or taking the Prize for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any entrant or Prize winner, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Information on how to enter the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
